P3 Workshop at Duke
I want to let THATCampers know about another great event that HASTAC is organizing at Duke this fall (HASTAC is a cosponsor of THATCampRTP, and is where I work). It’s called the Peer-to-Peer Pedagogies Workshop, and it will be a hybrid unconference with three engaging speakers in the morning and participant-led sessions in the afternoon.

Just wanted to write a quick note letting everyone know that the call for volunteers and planning poll are officially closed. Thank you so much to everyone who provided their input and volunteered their time.
The Big News Update
I hope everyone’s summer is going well. For those of you who have summer projects, I hope you have been making progress. I know there haven’t been many updates on this site, but things have been in motion.
We now officially have a team to help with the planning and organizing of the event. This is a wonderful thing. It means we can start the real work to make sure that THATCamp RTP can take place. The first planning meeting for THATCamp RTP took place today and was attended by people associated with all of our co-hosts… here are the results of the meeting.
